We are called GRIND because we grind all of our meat in house.
Our philosophy is that by using locally raised meats and processing in house, we can ensure the highest food quality possible; not to mention support local businesses.
Our signature beef GRIND is a custom blend of, brisket, short rib and chuck; grass-fed and grass-finished, from right up the road at Crystal River Meats in Carbondale. You’re not consuming antibiotics or hormones with this beef.

We are chef driven and foodie inspired, we like to play with our food :) The only rule is the meat must be ground and it has to fit in a bun! Besides that NO RULES!!!!
